Saturday Weigh In Week 28

saturdayweighinThis is going to be a short one this week. We are running errands today, and I’m hoping to get some wall prep done. After 10 years of living in our house we have finally picked a color for the living room! It’s going to be a lot of work: fix holes, ceiling, trim, walls..I’ll have some arms muscles after this!

Food:
This week I was pretty good. The only bad thing I had was a sundae (I’ll share later the concoction I made). Eating was on track, lots of water, and still had space for my Rock Candy (addiction!)

Exercise:
I rode the exercise bike Monday and Tuesday, and even did a level 8 resistance on one program (Ouch!). Then it was Zumba (been at least a month since I had) on Wednesday and Thursday. That was hard after so long! Friday I pushed mowed the yard (40-60 minutes) and then used the weed eater for another hour. Plus I cleaned the house.

Results:
I felt I should show a loss, but you never know with the scale!

Last Week’s Weight 160.8 lbs.

This Week’s Weight 158.4 lbs.

Loss of 2.4 lbs! I’m almost back to pre-vacation weight!


Next week:
Still watching what I eat, but with painting planned I’m going to be using the crockpot and meal plan.
Exercise will be stationary bike and more Zumba.
